Terms of use
Last updated 5 November 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Co Life Advisory Pvt Ltd, which operates Aide. By creating an account, joining a waitlist or using Aide, you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy policy.
1. What Aide is
Aide is an AI Life Manager for students. It helps you raise residence requests, see food menus, transit, events and amenities, talk to Aide Wellness and reach emergency contacts. Universities and residences use Aide to manage these services.
2. Emergencies
Aide is not an emergency service and does not guarantee a response. In an emergency call the Aide Emergency Response Team on 9098 911 911 or the National emergency number 112. Never wait for a request or chat reply when someone is in danger.
3. Wellness is not medical care
Aide Wellness offers everyday, non-clinical support. It is not a mental health service, does not diagnose and does not replace a doctor, therapist or counsellor. If you are thinking about harming yourself, call Tele-MANAS on 14416 or the National emergency number 112.
4. Your account
- Give accurate details and keep them up to date.
- Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- If you are under 18, use Aide with a parent or guardian's consent.
5. Fair use
- Do not misuse emergency features, raise false requests or harass other people.
- Do not post anything unlawful, hateful or that belongs to someone else.
- Do not try to break, overload or access parts of Aide you are not allowed to.
6. Universities and residences
Universities and residences are responsible for the information they publish, such as menus, prices and transit timings, and for handling requests raised by their students. Aide passes requests on but does not carry out the work.
7. AI answers
Ask Aide and Aide Wellness use AI and can make mistakes. Check important information with your university, and use your own judgement.
8. Ownership
The Aide name, logo, design and software belong to Co Life Advisory Pvt Ltd. You keep ownership of what you post, and give us permission to show it within Aide so the service works.
